Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of serum γ-Glutamyltransferase,urea,creatinine,and β2 microglobulin in diabetic nephropathy, and to provide a foundation for clinical diagnosis. Methods γ-Glutamyltransferase,urea,creatinine,and β2-microglobulin of 75 patients with DM and 75 patients with DN were measured by Hitachi automatic biochemistry analyzer, and the results were statistically analyzed by t-test.Results The contents of urea,GGT,creatinine, and β2 microglobulin in patients with DN were higher than those of patients with DM.Conclusions GGT analysis is valuable in early diagnosis of DN,and GGT analysis combined with other kidney function indexes would be more sensitive in clinic.
