Posterior margin of the surgical treatment of acetabular fracture with dislocation of the hip experience
Abstract
Objective To study the surgical treatment of posterior margin of acetabulum fractures with hip dislocation.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with hip dislocation edge admitted to hospital,30 cases of acetabular fractures,the group of patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment,Sanders,function score,comparative evaluation of hip function before and after surgery.Results Patients after surgery,pain,walking function,activities of daily living,and X-ray significantly improved compared with preoperative significant effect.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is conducive to promoting the recovery of hip function in patients,improve patient quality of life.
