Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of paeonol on learning and memory in AD model rats. Methods 40 male rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group and the group of paeonol with high-dose and low-dose.To establish the AD model by AlCl3,and the paeonol groups was administered high and low treatment of paeonol solution;The learning and memory capability of rats was detected by morris water maze. Results The learning and memory capability in the group of paeonol rats was better than in model group(P0.05). Conclusion The paeonol can effectively improve AD rats learning and memory capability.
