Abstract
Objective To investigate the structures of non-active duty personnel in military hospitals.Methods 350 non-active duty men and women from 6 military hospitals selected by cluster random sampling were surveyed in regards of position,education background,professional title,age and so on with a self-designed questionnaire.Results Of all the 350 questionnaires,286 were effective(81.7%).The survey found that non-active duty pesonnel is of a younger age,doctor-nurse propotion is not rational,self-cultination needs improving and team echelon construction should be enhanced.Conclusion Under the current cicumstances,it is necessary to adjust the hiring strategy,establish long-effect training mechanism,build stable environment to optimize structures of non-active duty personnel in military hospitals.
