Abstract
A continuous emission monitoring system(CEMS)is designed based on differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS).The principle and analysis procedure of the CEMS is studied.The system can be used to measure the concentration of SO2 and NO2 simultaneously operating in the wavelength range of 200~500 nm.The key technique of high sensitive CCD detector,low noise amplifier and impulse lamp power is developed,and thus the stability and accuracy of the system is achieved.The experimenta1 result shows that the relative error is no more than 5%F.S.and satisfies the needs for online flue gas monitoring.
