In digital circuit experiments,basic series of digital integrated circuits chips are extensively used.Quality and type of chips should be tested before use.Engineering-specific testers in the market are expensive and cant test many digital chips in laboratory.Integrating advantages and disadvantages of various existing types of testers and adopting STC89C516RD + SCM and Chinese LCD display,the authors designed a simple digital tester system,which could identify the quality and type of logic chips commonly used in digital electronic technology experiments.Moreover,it is cheap and can achieve the interaction of Chinese language interface.
