Based on the work introduced by ,the natures of problems disclosed by the families of Zeno's Paradoxes and Berkeley's Paradoxes are analyzed comprehensively in a new way.The conclusions are:(1) The families of Zeno's Paradoxes and Berkeley's Paradoxes disclose a deeply concealed logical contradiction and the relevant basic problems in the present classical infinite theory and its related number spectrum and limit theory.(2) All the problems disclosed respectively by the two paradoxes' families are impossible to be solved in present science system because of the fatal defects in the present classical infinite theory and its related number spectrum and limit theory.A new way to solve the families of Zeno's Paradoxes and Berkeley's Paradoxes is given.
