Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for rapid determination of Pb and As elements in cosmetics by X-ray fluorescence elemental technology.Methods: X-ray fluorescence elemental analyzer was employed with the following settings,test time: 180 s,standard deviation: 2 σ,mode:plastic mode.Results: The linear ranges were 9.93-100.10 mg·kg-1 for Pb,and 4.98-100.10 mg·kg-1 for As.The average recovery of Pb was 93.7%,and that of As was 97.5%.Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid,which can be used for the rapid determination of Pb and As elements in cosmetics.
