Abstract
The deformation characteristics of 4032 aluminum alloy with 0.02s-1~5s-1strain velocity and 370℃~ 490℃ deformation temperature has been investigated by isothermal compression test through Gleeble-1500 thermal physical simulator system.The hot processing drawing of 4032 aluminum alloy has been established on the basis of dynamic material modeling(DMM).The microstructures of compressed samples have been studied and analyzed by use of OLYMPUS PMG3 optical microscope.The research shows that the optimal deformation temperatures of hot process is 460℃~490℃ and strain velocity is 0.03s-1~0.36s-1.Dynamic reply is the main softening mechanism.
