The document proposes a portable processing and digital imaging system of spheroid fruits. A methodology of 6 stages is presented; ranging from survey data (color and volume measurement of fruits), implementation of digital filters, color (CIE L * a * b *) and volume calculation using conversion algorithms for its interpretation.
