Abstract
The distance between the high voltage charging circuit at the front end of a high voltage lab and the monitoring circuit at the rear end is 50~80m.The maximum charging voltage of the high voltage charging circuit is 20 kV.In order to enable the whole charging system to work safely and stably,an optical fiber isolated monitoring circuit based on the voltage/frequency and frequency/voltage conversion principle was developed, and electrical isolation between the high voltage charging circuit and the monitoring circuit was realized. The structure, the principle, the hardware design and the experimental results of the circuit were described.Actual running process showed that the optical fiber isolated monitoring circuit is good in linearity and high in transmission precision, the display error of voltage is less than 5%,the maintenance is convenient, and the debugging is easy.Electrical isolation between the high voltage charging circuit at the front end and the monitoring circuit at the rear end was realized effectively. The safety of experimenters and rear-end equipment were improved.
