Abstract
Classification of tumors of the chest wall is difficult due to their great diversity. CT [3] is more accurate than clinical or standard radiological assessment of tumor size which is often underestimated, and determines the degree of local invasion. CT is particularly useful for detecting rib or vertebral destruction, sometimes not visible on the standard radiograph.
