Abstract

At the open water 1 kilometer away from the Caohai of Dianchi Lake,the blue alga removal experiment has been carried out by adopting BC-655 According to the water quality monitoring data within one month,the effectiveness of medicament was obvious.The water transparency of experimental area increased from 0 29m to 0 68m,the rate of increase was 134 4%.The chlorophyll-a decreased from 250 73mg/m 3(before medicament input)to 164 25mg/m 3,removal rate was 34 5%.During the experiment,the water quality of experimental area was generally better than the water quality of reference points which medicament wasn't put into.Water bloom phenomenon had basically been eliminater.
