Abstract
Learning has played an important role in business administrator. To enterprise, it is not only the learning tendency in the future, but also the important part to come into economic knowledge. Learning can help the enterprises to increase competitive advantages for long-team. Therefore, how to train and enhance the ability of employees is important for the business. Recently the e-Learning classes are applied popularly in the enterprises. However, one frequently observes differences among employee in their response patterns to leraning outcomes or performance. What accounts for these differences in employee’s response patterns? Theory on indivaidual goal orientations by educational psychologists provides a potentially powerful framework for explaining many such differences. The study, with a focus on employee’s goal orientations (including learning, proving and avoiding goal orientation), explores the influence of employee’s goal orientations to learning strategies, and the relationship of employees’ to learning strategies to learning outcomes. The participants were 204 employees from the entirprise which using e-Learning platform. The findings of regression analysis indicate that employees’ goal orientations affect their learning strategies, and consequently influences on their learning outcomes. Finally, managerial implications for human resources management, department management and recommendations for future research are presented.
