For the DFIG of LVRT capability,from the protection point of view,to analysis the DFIG'protection configuration and point out its incompatible with the low voltage ride through requirements.the paper proposed the DFIG's voltage protection programs adapted to LVRT.For the DFIG fault current characteristics,detailed analysis the fault current spectrum of DFIG,and indicated the power direction component of collector line may exist the possibility of malfunction.In order to take into account the DFIG does not occur off grid when the fault inside the wind farm,collectors lines protection shoud be coordinated with the protection of DFIG,and proposed a collector protection program.
