OBJECTIVE To explore during the days of severe acute respiratory syndrome, (SARS) how to regulate the psychology among the first-line staff. METHODS To communicate with staff and adjust their psychology when the doctors and nurses who had no special protective equipment faced to the patients of SARS. RESULTS A series of psychological reaction such of exciting, stress, fear and be eased through moderating their tension. CONCLUSIONS In the paroxysmal epidemic situation, it is very important to help staff adjust their psychological emotion, which is effective in defeating disease.
