Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a critical role in global economic growth, yet they face unique challenges in managing supply chain operations and financial strategies. This paper explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can transform these areas, providing SMEs with tools for enhanced decision-making, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. By leveraging AI-driven predictive analytics, inventory optimization, and financial automation, SMEs can improve demand forecasting, streamline supply chains, and enhance cash flow management.
