Abstract
Objective To research the clinical features of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) with aglycosuria history complicated with glycometabolism disorder. Methods 164 patients of ACS with aglycosuria history included the study.According to WHO criterion in 1999,these cases were divided into four groups, diabetes group(DM,n=33),impaired glucose regulation group(IGR,n=58),normal glycometabolism group(NGT,n=54) and stress hyperglycemia group(SHG,n=19).All of subjects were evaluated by a series of clinical examination, such as blood lipid and coronary angiography, etc. Results The patients with glycometabolism disorder(DM,IGR and SHG groups) accounted for half of the total of patients in the study, and the chief feature of their blood lipid disorder was high TG,apoB,Lp(a) and low HDL-C,but that of dyslipidemia in normal glycometabolism group was high TC and LDL-C.The rate of cardiovascular events in the DM group was higher than that of IGR group and SHG group and NGT group(P0.05).The cardiovascular events rate in IGR group was also higher than that of SHG group and NTG group(P0.05).Conclusion Most of patients of ACS with aglycosuria history complicated with glycometabolism disorder may complicate with IGR;simply detection of fasting blood glucose perhaps misse diagnosis of a great quantity of patients with prediabetes and diabetes;ASC with aglycosuria history complicated with glycometabolism disorder affects the prognosis of patients with ACS.
