this paper introduces the basic concept of environment cost of coal fired plant and the necessity for individual calculation of the cost in power market.It analyzes the composition of environment cost of coal fired plant and the detailed calculation manner.Relevant measures and suggestions are proposed.Trial calculations are carried out for de-sulfur envi- ronment cost of coal fired plant from various aspects taking de-sulfur environment cost of power plant as example and feasible calculation results and conclusions are got at the end of the paer.
