Abstract
The Purpose of this study is to contribute to the modernization, daily life, and popularization of people by empirically revealing how they affect the recovery of an individual's quality of life by using the sound of the Buddha bowl (singing bowl) while seeking an efficient way to restore the healthy life of modern people. To this end, a structural model was designed for the independent variables of deficit perception, self-esteem, the environment of singing bowl, sound, and meditation parameters, and the dependent variables of happiness and depression. The subjects of this study are 308 people who have participated in the Buddha Bowl (Singing Bowl) program in Korea. The results of this study showed that the environment, sound, and meditation of singing bowl had a significant effect on happiness and depression according to the status of deficit perception and self-esteem.
