In the research field of vane compressor,the analysis of the motion of vane is based on non-offset kinematics model and the derivation of movement analysis of vane will emerge if it is applied for vane-offset compressor directly.The universal kinematics equation of sliding vane in a vane compressor is put forward,and MATLAB is used for numerical simulation analysis.Accurate kinematics characteristic carves about the motion of vane are obtained,which provide not only the theoretical basis for the analysis and calculation of performance parameter of compressor such as cylinder profile,volumetric efficiency and gas force,but also reliable performance evaluation index for the optimized design of compressor.

This study presents a universal kinematics equation for sliding vane in vane compressors, providing accurate kinematics characteristic carves for performance evaluation and optimized compressor design.
