Abstract
The Gilded Age is a key period in the rising of American economy.In the period,American industrial workers were quickly expanded in scale,which promoted the industrial process greatly.On the one hand,the working and living conditions of the workers were very miserable.On the other hand,the conditions were gradually bettered due to workers' struggle.According to the American experience,the industrialization and the rapid economic growth had no direct connection with the improvement of working and living conditions.So in the key period of rising of one country,government must pay attention to social justice and strengthen its regulation.
