Objective To Analyze the injury characteristics of passengers when an aircraft jolted so as to offer better schemes of clinical treatment. Methods The conditions of injured passengers when plane jolted by air-pressure in high sky were retrospectively analyzed,ranging from injured people,check-up classification,injury types,the wounded transfermation in detail,and providing corresponding strategies. Results 31 people were wounded,including 26 passengers,5 attendants; single injuries to 21 people,multiple injuries to 10 people. Contusion of the cer-vical soft tissue was the most (9 cases) ,spraining of the cervical soft tissue was the second (8 cases) ,and contusion of the lumbar soft tissue and contusion of the head was the third (7 cases respectively). The wounded were sent to three hospitals to rescue at the same time. Conclusions When an aircraft jolted,a lot of people would be wounded,whose injuries have specialily,and whose rescue treatment must be smarter. The best strategies include that all the gates of the plane must be opened,a large number of medical staffs enter the cabin to rescue at the same time,wound check-up,treatment and transfermation must be carried on simultaneously,and the wounded are transported to the different hospitals.
