Review of “Learning from Practice: A Text for Experiential Legal Education”, 3d. ed. 2016. This review outlines the contents of this latest edition, which provides a comprehensive, student-centered collection of reading, exercises, and questions designed to promote student reflection, primarily for use with the seminar component of field placement courses. Given the expansion of experiential education, the concepts and topics in the book may also be a resource for multiple types of courses and experiences, particularly those that involve some form of real legal practice.
