Abstract
AbstractUsing time differential perturbed angular correlation (TDPAC) we investigated the181Ta nuclear quadrupole interaction (NQI) in situ during intercalation of ethylenediamine (EDA) into 1T-TaS2. Upon heating to 473 K the Ta metal coordination changes irreversibly from octahedral to trigonal prismatic.
