Abstract

Design management is an important part in the real estate project management.Now the real estate industry in China is increasingly competitive.With the market getting more and more developed,the developers pay more and more attention to design management.It will play a positive role to the control of schedule,cost and quality if the methods of project management are introduced to the design management in real estate project.The main content of this paper is the design management of Cross-region and Multi-project.Firstly this paper proposes three modes of design management in real estate and makes a comparative analysis on them.Then based on the third mode,the content and steps of design management,and the division and content of design management work are analyzed.Finally,from the schedule management,cost management and quality management of design,the implement of design management in real estate is introduced,and the paper puts forward the use of the innovative methods in life cycle design management to achieve coordination of project schedule,cost and quality.
