Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of joint detection of troponin Ⅰ, myoglobin and CK-MB in diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods 40 patients with ACS admitted in our hospital were assigned to the experimental group and 40 patients with other diseases in the same period were assigned to the control group. All the patients underwent detection of troponin Ⅰ, myoglobin and CK-MB, the effect of which in diagnosis of ACS was analyzed. Results Before treatment, the troponin Ⅰ, myoglobin and CK-MB level in the experimental group were(8.30 ±1.42) ng/ml,(594.3 ±36.7) ng/m L,(82.9 ±13.1)U/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group,P 0.05; after treatment, those were higher in the experimental group than in the control group without statistically significant differences,P0.05. Conclusion Joint detection of troponin I, myoglobin and CKMB can provide the basis for the early diagnosis of ACS, therefore it is worth promotion.
