Abstract
Volatile composition changing over time and the differences volatile components in different parts of Damascus Rose was analyzed by headspace-solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( HS-SPME-GC /MS). The results showed that the Phenyl ethanol content reaches its maximum at 12: 00 in rose petals, and the citronellol content reaches a maximum at 15: 00. It is also found that the Alcohol compounds content is highest levels in rose petals,it accounts for 75. 36%. The Phenolic compounds content is highest levels in rosebud,it is 47. 67%. The second is the Alcohol compounds,it is 24.31%. Pinene compounds content reaches the highest level of 85.75% in rose receptacle.
