Abstract
∗ Ours is a time when digital marketing has become an integral segment of every business irrespective of the size or location of the company. Now with e-commerce expanding fast, the success of an e-commerce business relies largely on being equipped with a solid digital marketing strategy. To cite an example, Google Ads is one of the most powerful digital marketing channels marketers are using today. Other platforms are now available on the internet that runs online marketing, like social media platforms, digital ad marketing platforms, and so on. It has become more of a challenge for the advertisers promoting e-commerce platforms to have an ad efficiently advertised. Hence, it is important to know which platforms are most effective and how they should be exploited. Transcend-ing these challenges, in this article, several existing social media platforms were chosen to determine how effective each platform was. This paper also studies the digital ad serving platforms and investigates the possibility of finding the desired audience based on their different user attributes. This paper also tries to explore the benefits of these platforms from which any business organization can grow their business, contributing greatly to their return on investment (ROI).
