In recent years,with the rapid development of china's urbanization,all sorts of "city deseases" have beening broken out,water desaster is one of the most serious problems which is threatening city's sustainable development and urbanization level.Therefore,basing on the situation of present urbanization,this article analyzes the current situation and influence from the point of urban management,then futher explores the reasons of water disaster from legislation,urban planning,urban management and government,finally,proposes nichetargeting countermeasure.All of these are for finding practical path to govern water disaster.
