Abstract
The best ideas are often the most simple. In our setting, one of the most popular games is a home-made one. You roll a dice and move a toy car along a race track according to the score on the dice. The track consists of four lanes of squares numbered from one to 15. In other words, it's a number line. But it allows children to apply a number of key mathematical skills in a meaningful and fun way.
