Investigation on the effect of glucocorticoid inhalation on treating and interfering of bronchiolitis.

Abstract
【Objectives】 To investigate the effect of inhaling steroids on treating bronchiolitis and decreasing the incidence of asthma after bronchiolitis. 【Methods】 89 infants with acute bronchiolitis were observed comparatively with inhaling bonidudese and salbutamol or traditional therapeutics.Meanwhile compare the incidence of asthma in children with bronchiolitis had been or not been inhaled Pulmicort some periods after clinical remission. 【Results】 The recovery of inhaling group was significantly faster than control group,and the incidence of asthma in inhaling group was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05). 【Conclusion】 Inhaling steroids can improve the treatment of bronchiolitis obviously,and long-term inhalation of steroids can prevent recurrent wheezing.
