Abstract
Objective To investigate hemorheological reference value in healthy people of Guangzhou.Method The hemorheological indices were measured and statistics analysis was done according to different age and sex in 503 healthy people.Results Low shear rate,middle shear rate and high shear rate viscosities of the whole blood in the male group and female group were,respectively,10.55±1.41?6.28±0.65 and 5.20±0.53,8.96±1.32?5.47±0.57 and 4.50±0.50;Plasma viscosity,respectively,were 1.36±0.12 and 1.38±0.11;HCT,respectively were 44.38±3.02 and 39.60±2.99.Between the groups of sex,the discrepancy of the viscosity is significant(P0.01)except for the indices of plasma viscosity and in the same sex the discrepancy of the viscosity is not significant(P0.05) between the groups of age.Compared with Beijing,the discrepancy of hemorheological indices in male is significant(P0.01)except for the indices of high shear rate viscosities,and the discrepancy of the hemorheological indices in female is also significant(P0.01)except for the indices of HCT.Conclusion In different geographical regions,it is necessary to establish the exact reference value for clinic diagnosis.
