The experiment with basic diet for comparison,added 0.5%,1% Monascus traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation to the basic diet which feed the Hyline Brown laying hens.Measured and analyzed indexes related to production performance of laying hens and eggs conventional quality.The results showed that compared with control group,experimental groups significantly alleviated production performance decreasing,could stabilize and improve eggs conventional indexes,significantly increase the thickness of eggshell,deepen eggshell CIE a*,reduce the yolk CIE a*.The most suitable additive amount for Monascus traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation is 0.5%.
