Abstract In this chapter, the parameters of high-speed railway line, pantograph and catenary, and aerodynamic parameters of high-speed train are discussed based on wheel-rail coupling, pantograph-catenary coupling and fluid-structure coupling. After the analysis of the influence of the characteristics of the horizontal and vertical section of the line, the stiffness of the line and the irregularity of the track on the safety and comfort of the high-speed train, the basic optimization methods of the line parameters are put forward. A reasonable optimum design method of pantograph-catenary parameters is presented by comprehensively considering the influence of pantograph structure parameters and suspension parameters, catenary type and structure parameters and pantograph spacing on pantograph-catenary dynamic performance. Finally, based on the analysis of the shape of control line, the distance between lines and the influence of windshield on the aerodynamic characteristics of high-speed trains, methods for setting the distance between lines and the height of windshield wall are proposed in this chapter.
