uantum physicist Vlatko Vedral thinks he has found what the universe is made of: information. Yes , God particles are made up of Mind also ( Divine Mechanics – informations system ) . It is half truth. God particles are made up of Mass also - the B-Bit – the carrier of information system ( CCP, Code PcPs and CP ) . Universe is Dynamic interplay of God particles i.e. Yang and Yin . They interact through their Mind as fed by Highest center of the universe . To understand Brain computing as regard information s , learning and memory , we have to understand Basic Building Blocks of the universe ( Fig- 1) ( mass – B.B.B Bit or B-Bit ) and Information s ( Code PcPs ) and Divine Mechanics Unit ( CCP , Code PcPs and CP ).

The universe is made of both mass and information, and the mind of God particles interacts through the highest center of the universe to create the dynamic interplay of Yang and Yin particles.
