Abstract
Food sensory evaluation is a subject with strong applicability in the food major. The teaching and research group have carried out reform and practice on teaching concept in order to train the food sensory analytic talents conformed to the social development and being with comprehensive quality. The teaching concept of" Motivation and Pragmatic" means fully mobilizing the initiative of students and teachers to produce concrete effects of training skilled professionals. By having students actively take part in the lessons and the experiments,researchers look up the up-to-date professional literature timely,enrich teaching contents and changed the single testing style, students fully master the knowledge and skill of food sensory evaluation,which is turned out to obtain better results.
