Abstract
The level of survival rate of rescue is always taken as the level the medical treatment. The author analyzed the causes which made the rate low, and found that the survival rate of the rescue cannot delegate the quality of the medical treatment, it concerned with the standard of teh declaration of the critical condition. They set down the standard correctly with the quality controlling measures, and got effective results. Their survival rate of rescue is higher.
