Abstract
Objectives To study the relationship of Hepatitis B virus-DNA(HBV-DNA) quantification and Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) for type B Hepatitis. Methods The concentration of HBV-DNA and ALT were detected by Fluorescence real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) and successive monitor reaction. The samples were divided into different groups with different orders of magnitude HBV-DNA and Newman-Keuls was used as a statistics methods to check the different of the mean ALT value of each groups. Results The injury of hepatocytes was increased with the step-up of HBV-DNA quantification in serum when the HBV-DNA quantification10 6 copies/ml, but decreased with the step-up of HBV-DNA quantification in serum when the HBV-DNA quantification10 6 copies/ml.Conclusions There was some relationship between Hepatitis B virus and ALT, the ALT would decreased with the step-up of HBV-DNA quantification in serum when the HBV-DNA quantification above a liminal value. The ALT level couldn't show the duplication of Hepatitis B virus.
