A service differentiating internet with best-effort servers may not meet the goals of the differentiated service.It may cause unpredictable delay response time of requests.A new scheduling scheme of Web Service Request was provided.Based on the property information feedback of the system,the factors affecting the quality of service was analyzed and the real-time adjusting was made to satisfy the needs of certain quality of service.
