Based on the data surveyed from leading agricultural enterprises in Hubei, this paper analyzed the situation of technological innovation of agricultural enterprises. Taking the experiences of technological innovation of Yuan Long-ping High-Tech Agriculture Co. as a reference, strategies of accelerating the technological innovation of agricultural enterprises in Hubei including raising money for research, strengthening the construction of talent team, integrating the advantage re sources of science and technology and promoting the cooperative efforts of industry-university-research institute were put forward.
