Second, as the best place for Workation, the consumer group chose a quiet and beautiful natural environment outside of the city, and the supplier and expert groups preferred a place with well-equipped infrastructure. Third, the connection between Workation and tourism is said to be highly connected to consumers, suppliers, and experts, and programs that can encompass generations and reflect the needs of participants should be planned, but above all, the charm of Jeollanam-do should be enhanced by differentiated programs that reflect regional uniqueness. Fourth, as a support policy, consumers should have programs and systems to encourage participation in Workation from the perspective of companies, and suppliers and experts need to establish local government’s active policies to revitalize Workation and establish infrastructure using idle resources in the region.
