Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound markers and serologic tests for screening the fetus of chromosomal abnormalities.Methods By using retrospective study,110 fetuses of chromosomal abnormality were analyzed.The relationships between serologic tests,ultrasound markers,ultrasound structural anomalies and chromosomal abnormalities were analyzed.Result Totally 65 pregnancy women were detected with serology test and 60 cases existed high risk(92.3%).58 cases Ultrasound abnormalities(52.7%)and 51 cases ultrasound markers(46.4%).19 cases existed fetal growth restriction(17.3%)and the rate in 18 trisomy fetuses(41.2%)was higher than that of 21 trisomy fetuses(8.2%).The rate of 21 trisomy ultrasound markers(44.3%)was higher than structural anomalies(19.7%).The multiple structural anomaly rates of 18 and 13trisomy existed and higher than 21 trisomy fetuses.Conclusion Ultrasound markers and structural anomalies are valuable for fetus chromosomal abnormalities.Combination of ultrasound markers and serologic tests are effective for screening the fetus of chromosomal abnormality.
