4-Chloro-2-nitrophenol was synthesized from 2,5-dichloronitrobenzene by hydrolyzation,then it was catalytic reduction by hydrazine hydrate in the presence of catalyst and 2-amino-4-chlorophenol was obtained.Purity of target product was above 99% and yield was 92%.
