Abstract
2,3,5,6-Tetrafluoroaniline was prepared from 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzoic acid as raw material through a series of reactions including acyl chlorination,amidation and Hofmann degradation. Yield and purity of the product was75.6% and 98%,respectively. This is a promising industrial synthetic route.
