Abstract
Energy is behind and within all things that move or that are capable of motion. It alone causes work and change to take place. It is essential for biological existence, for the atmosphere’s warmth which embraces us, for the light by which we see, and for the power by which we move. In fact, even matter itself can be viewed as a form of stored energy.
