Abstract
Stress is a word that is used throughout the world, and it has many meanings. There is “good stress” and “bad stress.” Some would prefer to use “stress” to refer only to the experience and consequences of a situation when one is unable to cope physically or psychologically with the challenge (Cohen et al. 2007; Lazarus and Folkman 1984).
