1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxamide derivatives show potential anticancer and anti-inflammatory activities, with compounds 12 showing high cytotoxicity in breast cancer cells and compounds 17 and 22 showing high cytotoxicity in oral and colon cancer cell lines, respectively.
