Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of combination therapy of electroacupuncture and functional exercise on chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods: A total of 78 cases with chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into observation group and control group by half.Patients in control group were treated by electroacupuncture only,while patients in observation group were treated by electroacupuncture and functional exercise.The efficacy was compared.Results: Total efficacy in observation group was 97.4%,significantly higher than that of control group(82.1%)(P0.05).Conclusions: Combination therapy of electroacupuncture and functional exercise is more effective than electroacupuncture only.It is worthy extensive clinical application.
