Abstract
The study may enhance your mental health by keeping a healthy work-life balance by establishing clear priorities, setting realistic plans and routines, and learning time management skills. To achieve work-life harmony, you must do more than simply pare down your to-do list. The benefits of a well-balanced schedule are not limited to people who have a lot of work to do; in fact, the better mental health that comes from a work-life balance may lead to improved productivity. If you want to keep a good work-life balance, you need to know what that looks like for you, given your unique set of circumstances. Many individuals underestimate the significance of work-life balance because they have erroneous or no perceptions of what it may or should look like.
A healthy work-life balance, involving clear priorities, realistic plans, and time management skills, may enhance mental health and productivity.
